③ Chain Knife
Cutting mechanism 1:
Round Knife Mechanism.

grams paper, production of 100 grams paper need to

rotation, speed synchronization with main machine, also can
adjust the speed ratio. With the guide wheel

film edge.
Cutting mechanism 2: Chain Knife Mechanism.
PET film with adhesion strength and with higher anti-breaking performance than common film, chain knife
easy to cutting the PET film, so favorable for post-processing, greatly reduces labor, time and abnormal
waste, therefore reduces cost, it is a good helper for the paper cutter. The chain device controlled by
servo motor independently, it is simple operation and maintenance.
④ Non-Stop Collector Unit
The non-stop automatic
paper collecting machine of the laminating machine has the function of
collecting
paper without shutdown; the collecting size is matched with the
paper feeder.
